LABYRINT I. 2021
Labyrint is a new line of single varietal white wines with no skin contact to show the granite influence of the terroir
and always is a very limited amount.
Labyrint I. is 100% Grüner Veltliner, overnight maceration
and subsequent pressing, aged for one year in
225-600l neutral oak and acacia barrels on fine lees.
12,5% alcohol
DOMA 2021
Doma means at home. Home is for us the best place, here we are creating our wines and we love to be home. It is a white Cuvée from the varieties Welschriesling, Grüner Veltliner, Red Sylvaner & Red Traminer.
20% destemmed grapes and 80% with stems fermented 2 weeks on the skins & after pressing the wine aged for
1 year in neutral oak & acacia barrels on the lees &
went through malolactic fermentation.
13% alcohol

Varieties Müller-Thrugau, Moravian Muscat & Pinot Gris! Whole bunch direct press fermented in stainless steel. After primary fermentation Pinot Gris direct press juice was added to start secondary fermentation and bottled within 24 hours.
SPOLU 2021
Spolu means together. The word itself has a strong meaning for us and our wine deserves this name because here we have white and red varieties together. Blaufränkisch, Grüner Veltliner & Riesling.
Semi-Carbonic (50% of Blaufränkisch) fermentation in direct pressed juice of Riesling and destemmed Grüner Veltliner and Blaufränkisch. Fermented for 2 weeks
& aged for 1 year in neutral oak barrels
12,5% alcohol
RITUÁL 2021
We aim for harmony, complexity and beauty.
100% Blaufränkisch - 80% destemmed & 20% grapes with stems, fermented 3 weeks on the skins in open 500-750l vats. Aged after pressing for 2 years in neutral oak barrels & went through malolactic fermentation.
13% alcohol
BUBBLES No. 2! OPERA rosé 2023!!!
Varieties Blaufränkisch, St. Laurent & Riesling! Whole bunch direct press fermented in stainless steel. After primary fermentation Riesling direct press juice was added to start secondary fermentation and bottled within 24 hours.
ZORE 2023
60% André & 40% BlaufränkischWhole bunch fermentation at outside temperature for 8 days in 500 – 750l vats. Destemmed and pressed, fermented in 225l neutral oak barrels. The wine is ageing now on the lees in barrels and will be bottled around April 2024.
